Cancellation and Refund Policy

For tours or packages where services are booked or reserved several months in advance, cancellation of these services allocated for a specific departure leads to the forfeiture of money, dependent on the timing of cancellation with the supplier.

Hence, any cancellation of the booked tour or service will incur cancellation charges as specified below. Additionally, if your tour includes third-party products or services such as airlines, cruises, railways, transportation, hotels, restaurants, caterers, sightseeing companies, etc., the Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy of such third parties will apply in conjunction with I Am Himalaya Cancellation Policy and Terms and Conditions.

For Cancellation and Changes to your travel Date.

We request the guest to contact the respective sales person to make any cancellation or changes. The request should be sent to us via email where our team will check the cancellation policy on the service you have availed and notify you via email/Phone. Once you agree with cancellation/changes we process the changes.

Refund on cancellation

Once the cancellation/changes is made to your reservation, our team initiate the refund to the account details you have provided. The refund will be credited within 7 business days from the date of cancellation.

The request for cancellation of any service/ tour must sent to our customer support email id info@iamhimalaya.com from guest’s registered email ID provided at the time of booking reservation.

The general cancellation charges for Tour packages are listed below.

Cancellation Charges:

  • 30 Days or more: 10% of total trip cost
  • Within 29-20 days prior to arrival 30% of total trip cost
  • Within 19-15 days prior to arrival 50% of total trip cost
  • Within 15 days prior to arrival Non-refundable.
