Today after breakfast we set to explore Shillong and Cherrapunjee (56kms/02hrs drive and then drive further to Cherrapunjee. At Cherrapunjee we visit the Nohkalikai Falls (the fourth highest falls in the world), Mawsmai Cave, Seven Sister Fall and Danthlen Falls. Night stay at Cherrapunjee

After breakfast you will drive to Nongrihat and start the hiking. A journey to find living root bridges and natural pools! Nongriat is a village in the East Khasi Hills district of Meghalaya and is best known for its living root bridges, a bio-engineering wonder. The Rainbow Falls, around 1 and half hours from the Double Decker Living Root Bridge is another hidden gem of Meghalaya. The most difficult part of the journey is to take 3500 steps and hike up. Return by late afternoon and drive to hotel for overnight stay.

Today after breakfast we start our day for a day long excursion toMawlynnong village leave at 8:00 A.M. Reach Mawlynnong and explore the cleanest village in Asia, we will also experience the wonder of the Khasi war Tribes – The Single Decker living Root Bridge at Riwai village. Also experience the panoramic view of the Bangladesh from 85 ft high sky walk made of bamboo by the locals. After exploring the village we can drive to Dawki village (12 kms from the village), and go for a Boat ride in Umgot river bordering India and Bangladesh, also known as crystal clear lake. Back to Shillong and overnight stay. We suggest you to get lunch packed from hotel. Mawlynnong/Mawlynnong Village located in the East Khasi Hills of Meghalaya, also referred as ‘God’s own garden’ has won the acclaim of being the cleanest village in Asia in 2003. The village known for its cleanliness is located around 90 kms from Shillong and is a community based eco-tourism initiative. The community has made collective effort to maintain the ambience of a clean village. The village offers picturesque natural beauty, a trek to the living root bridge at a neighboring village Riwai. The village also offers a sight of natural balancing rock, a strange natural phenomenon of a boulder balancing on another rock.

After breakast we will start for sightseeing covering Elephant falls shilling Peak, Wards, Lake, Ladyhydari Park Donbosco Museum, Cathedral Church. Overnight in Shillong.

Today after breakfast drive to Kaziranga (270Kms/7hrs). On reaching check into hotel. Overnight stay at Kaziranga. Kaziranga National Park spreads over an area of 860 square kilometers in the flood prone plains of the Brahmaputra, lying in the Northeastern corner of India. The habitat is a perfect mosaic of deciduous jungle with cane groves, tall elephant grass, dotted with numerous marshes and shallow water pools locally called beels with swaths of lush green carpets of short grasses around them. The Diphaloo and Bhengrai are the main contributing rivers of these beels though the vast expanded tract is interested with numerous small streams. Kaziranga declared as a National Park in 1974, is the symbol of most remarkable achievements in the conservation and protection of wildlife, and it was inscribed as a World Heritage Site on 06.12.1985 by UNESCO under UN Convention, and one of the five Natural World Heritage sites considering the natural criteria. After that KazirangaNational Park was declared as a Tiger Reserve on 2007.

Today you will go for safaris and elephant ride inside the national park. Early morning go for an Elephant ride ( timing 5:00 AM/ 06:00 AM/ 7:00 AM) then return back to the lodge and after breakfast go for a Jeep Safari (timing 8:00 AM / 9:00 AM) for 03 hrs, after the safari come back to hotel. After lunch check out from Hotel and later drive to Guwahati. On the way to Guwahati you have an option to book for Brahmaputra River Sunset Trip.
