    Can I cancel the booking once trip is confirmed?

    Yes, trip can be cancelled any point of time. However, you will be charged cancellation fee as per the cancellation policy of the package.

    Can I extend my sightseeing tour locally with driver?

    No, we do not recommend our customer to make changes with driver. If you wish to extend your sightseeing on any given day, we suggest you to discuss with sales agent. If in case you decide not to notify us then we will not be responsible for the loss incurred by you if any.

    Do I need to carry any ID proof while travelling?

    Yes, all guest travelling need to carry valid Govt id in original. Govt documents like voters card, Aadhar card and driver’s licence are commonly used.

    Do I need to take print of the email sent and the tour confirmation voucher?

    It is not mandatory to print the tour confirmation voucher. You can keep the same on your smart phone.

    How do I know that my trip is confirmed?

    Once you agree with the package offered by our sales agent, you need to make 1st payment at earliest to avail the rate. Once payment is received sales agent sends tour confirmation voucher within 3 business days. The details of the trip day wise will be mentioned on the tour voucher.

    Who will be my point of contact during my trip?

    The main contact person will be your sales agent during entire trip. However, the support agent for hotel, car and sightseeing activities might call you during your trip.
